Stream Realty Named Leasing Team for Laguna Hills Office Park

Irvine-based The Kelemen Company Inc.  and Las Vegas-based Kingsbarn Realty Capital selected Stream Realty Partners as the new leasing team for HERE @ Laguna Hills, a creative office park in Laguna Hills. The newly renovated, five-building property at 23332, 23382, and 23422 Mill Creek Drive and 24411 and 24461 Ridge Route Dr. features 225,000 square feet of office space on approximately 16 acres.

Managing director Mike Adams, VP Peter Joyce, and senior associate Morgan Adams with Stream will serve as the leasing team. HERE @ Laguna Hills features an outdoor lounge, mountain views, coffee shop and fitness facility.

“We are committed to the community and our ability to offer an unparalleled tenant office experience that has a wellness option with Motion Fitness Group and a local favorite with Coffee Dose,” said Adams. “In the past 12 months, the Laguna Hills/Aliso Viejo submarket saw 320,000 square feet of new transactions, and we’re eager to work with the tenant and brokerage communities to add additional tenants to HERE @ Laguna Hills.”
