Stream Realty Increases Chicago Leasing Portfolio by 800K SF

Stream Realty Partners added more than 800,000 square feet to its Chicago office leasing portfolio while building relationships with three ownership groups. Stream was awarded for three distinct buildings located near Interstates 90, 94, and 290 and with easy access to Chicago’s busy “L” line.

  • 550 West Adams is an 18-story tower owned by Macquarie and features 469,729 square feet of Class A office space and 7,760 square feet of retail space. Stream Chicago Managing Director Mark Bâby and Associates Brittany Hughes and Katie Hull are the leasing brokers for the property.
  • 400 South Jefferson is a 247,000-square-foot, eight-story office building offering space ranging from 55,500 square feet to 247,716 square feet. The property is managed by The RMR Group, and Patrick Russo and Bâby lead the leasing efforts.
  • 315 North Racine is a five-story brick-and-timber asset with 92,200 square feet of office space owned by Chicago-based Aberdeen Development Inc. Hughes and Hull are leasing agents.

“In today’s tough economic climate, Stream Chicago is thrilled to be growing our footprint by adding these three new properties to our portfolio,” Bâby said. “We couldn’t be prouder to represent the owners of these buildings and hit the ground running to produce exceptional results for them.”
