Stream Realty Fully Entitles Two IE Industrial Projects

Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners has expanded its presence in Southern California, announcing it has fully entitled two Class A industrial projects in Rialto, CA. The pair of facilities total 117,000 square feet and will be developed, managed and leased by Stream.

The developments, located at 855 W. Rialto Ave. (pictured) and 169 S. Spruce Ave., will feature 32’ clear heights and offer future tenants modern specs and amenities with easy access to Interstates 10, 15 and 215.

“The unprecedented demand for the Inland Empire isn’t a new story,” said Stream’s Scott Sowanick who will serve as the project’s lead developer. “With record levels of investment and the continued increase in need for industrial space, we will continue to strategically expand our industrial presence in the region.”

“Direct vacancies for buildings above 10,000 square feet continue to remain at all time lows, and Rialto has become increasingly popular,” added Stream’s Stefan Pastor who will lease the properties.
