Stream Realty Fully Entitles Menifee Industrial Build

Stream Realty Partners announced that 215 E Commerce Center is now fully entitled and available for lease. The industrial facility will span 277,578 square feet and will be located on 13.35 net acres at 25075 Sherman Rd. in Menifee, within the Inland Empire East submarket.

EVPs Stefan Pastor and Brad Yates, along with Colliers’ Ian DeVries and Chris DeVries, handle leasing for the property. “Stream and Colliers are excited to bring to the market this Class A build-to-suit option featuring a 40-foot warehouse clearance and ample power,” said Pastor. “This property provides an exceptional opportunity for businesses seeking a strategic foothold in one of the most dynamic industrial regions in Southern California.”

Located near the intersection of Interstate 215 and State Highway 74, the Class A facility is less than 90 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as Los Angeles International Airport.
