Stream Realty Entitles Its First Chicagoland Industrial Site 

Stream Realty Partners has fully entitled its first industrial site in Chicagoland and will partner with Cushman & Wakefield to lease the property’s three planned warehouses The industrial park at 10812 Burlington Road in Kenosha, WI will offer 934,505 square feet of Class A space. 

Stream Chicago executive managing director and partner Patrick Russo sourced the site and was instrumental in the assemblage, entitlements, and closing process, along with senior directors Dale Todd and Drue Stoehr of the firm’s Industrial Development Services division. Todd and Stoehr will develop the land. 

“This is the first of many industrial projects our Chicago team is excited about cultivating in this important market and region,” Russo said. The Stream team will partner with executive managing director Eric Fischer of Cushman & Wakefield, who will serve as the lead leasing broker for the industrial site.
