Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the property management assignment for The Halsted Collection and Damen Avenue Retail Portfolio in Chicago. Situated in the submarkets of Bucktown and Lincoln Park, the retail properties span 75,414 square feet across 16 storefronts.

The portfolio’s addresses include 1929, 1931, 1937, 1941, 1947, 1954, 1962 N. Halsted, as well as 1611-1617, 1627-1633, and 1727-1731 N Damen Avenue. Owned by retail real estate investment firm Asana Partners, the collection features top brands such as Lululemon, Warby Parker, Bluemercury, Lush Cosmetics, Barry’s Bootcamp, Summer House Santa Monica and RAMEN-SAN.
