Stream Realty Adds Property Management Lead for SoCal

Shane Flanigan has joined Stream Realty Partners as managing director of property management, responsible for day-to-day oversight of Stream’s Southern California property management team. He will focus on leveraging Stream’s investor resources and talent for the benefit of clients in the region.

Flanigan will work with Southern California Executive Managing Director and Partner Martin Pupil to expand the company’s management platform across the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire markets. He brings 17 years of experience working with a variety of product types and a history of long-term strategic leadership working with various ownership structures from institutional clients to high-net worth individuals.

Throughout his career, Flanigan has managed approximately 15 million square feet of space including office, retail and industrial products. Most recently, Flanigan served as regional VP at RiverRock Real Estate Group in Newport Beach, where he spent more than six years leading portfolio operations and business development covering Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles.
