Stream Partners building three separate Austin area developments

Stream Partners Flooding the Zone with New Austin-Area Industrial Projects

Stream Partners completed over 2 million square feet of industrial space in 2022 and so far this year, three projects totaling 1.7 million square feet are underway.

The projects are located in Southeast and Northeast Austin as well as Buda. The developments will add substantial space to submarkets that are among the most popular in Central Texas for industrial space. They range from 376,000 square feet to 968,000, in Buda. Streams Sam Owen added, “We have extensive leasing experience in the IH-35 corridor, and we believe the new Buda development will meet the demands of modern industrial tenants.”

Zaplac-Reed and Rosenberger Construction split the work on the three projects and Powers Brown designed all three.  Besides being close to IH-35, the project are within striking distance of the SH-130 corridor west of Austin which has been an attractive development spot due to the Tesla gigafactory rooted along the highway.
