Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP has hired four office leasing brokers from JLL: managing directors John Bonnell and Brett Abramson, senior vice president Chris Latvaaho and vice president Chris Beall.

The new hires have nearly eight decades of real estate experience combined. They bring Stream’s Phoenix office, launched in September 2021, to more than 20 professionals who lease and manage a portfolio of more than 9 million square feet of office and industrial space.

Stream is tasking the new additions with “sourcing, winning and executing office business across all service lines, concentrating on office agency leasing.”
