Stream Realty Partners gets leasing deals with two Unilev office buildings

Stream Chosen Leasing Agent for Two Houston Office Buildings

Stream Realty Partners has received the nod from Unilev Capital to lease and market two of its Houston office buildings. The total amount of space adds up to 360,000 square feet.

Stream’s Senior Vice President Brad Fricks and Vice President Matt Asvestas will serve as leasing agents for 3555 Timmons; Vice President Matthew Seliger and Senior Associate Danielle Rothchild will head up leasing for 4550 Post Oak Place.

Avestas and Rothchild also handle leasing at a 216,889-square-foot office building in Houston’s Greenspoint submarket. Stream inked that deal in November.

Situated in the Greenway submarket, the 14-story 3555 Timmons came online in 1982, encompassing 225,895 square feet, according to CommercialEdge data. Unilev acquired the asset in 2012 and invested more than $3.2 million in property improvements, including an updated lobby and conference room.

The 136,327-square-foot 4550 Post Oak Place was completed in 1976 in the Galleria submarket. The boutique office building is home Cypress Asset Management, Genomma Lab USA and Drillwell Energy Services.
