Stream Realty Partners' Chicago office has been selected to handle leasing at 1K Fulton, a creative office building in the Fulton Market District

Stream Chicago Tapped to Lease 1K Fulton 

Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago office has been awarded the leasing of 1K Fulton, a 531,200-square-foot, Class A high-rise in the Fulton Market District. The creative office building at 1000 W. Fulton was recently acquired by Office Properties Income Trust, a client of The RMR Group, which manages the property. 

“We are honored to execute on behalf of this cutting-edge trophy asset by The RMR Group,” said Stream Chicago SVP Jessica O’Hara. “We are excited to deploy our market-leading leasing team to keep this fabulous property in its rightful place as a top-of-market asset.” 

Stream Chicago executive managing director Patrick Russo, managing director Mark Bâby, and O’Hara will oversee the leasing of the asset.
