Stream Capital Arranges $34M Sale-Leaseback of Retail Portfolio in Chicopee

National net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group Stream Capital Partners has arranged the sale and leaseback of a five-property retail portfolio in Chicopee, MASS.

Daniel Macks, Chelsea Mandel and Jeff Lizzo of Stream Capital represented the seller, National Convenience Distributors, in the transaction. The portfolio totals 381,355 square feet.

“Given the essential nature of the business paired with the cold storage real estate assets, we were able to generate substantial investor demand and achieve record pricing in the submarket.” said Mandel. “This was a great transaction for the Seller who is able to utilize the proceeds to fuel company growth, while the Buyer was able to expand their industrial footprint and gain as a long-term tenant a leading operator in the C-store distribution space.”
