Stream Awarded Leasing Assignment for River North Property
Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for 448 N. LaSalle Drive, a newly constructed boutique office property located in the heart of Chicago’s River North submarket.
Stream Vice President Erica Marshall, Executive Managing Director & Partner Patrick Russo, and Gunderson handle leasing for the property. Midwest Property Group Ltd, represented by Charlie Javors, oversees property management for the building. National Real Estate Advisors, LLC, represented by Jeff Kanne, Kevin Verdi, and Robert Kelly, is the building owner based out of Washington, D.C.
The 12-story building totals 174,599 square feet and features a 15,000-square-foot floorplate with abundant natural light. In spring 2025, the building will welcome Electric Shuffle, a restaurant and bar offering food, craft cocktails, and high-tech shuffleboard games.
