Stratiq Capital Completes Acquisition of 15,000 SF Industrial Building
Stratiq Capital, a private equity company, has acquired a 15,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1219 Shepherd Drive in Houston. The property will be managed by CXRE. Built in 1982, with renovations completed in 2018, the property includes ample parking on the .44 acre site. A transaction amount was not disclosed.
With the property being at 100 percent occupancy, Stratiq Capital plans to build out a 2,600-square-foot vacant space to be developed into a ghost kitchen. The facility currently has three kitchens and will continue to capitalize on the service industry. The seller was 1219 Shepherd, LLC. The Houston office of CXRE assisted with the negotiations.
