Strategic Property Partners Signs PEI Global Partners to Thousand & One in Tampa

Real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners, LLC and tenant PEI Global Partners Holdings, LLC have completed a new lease agreement for the latter to take occupancy in the Thousand & One office building in Downtown Tampa, FL.

The New York, NY-based based investment bank PEI Global Partners Holdings, LLC’s offices on the sixth floor of Thousand & One, within the Water Street Tampa development, will serve as the firm’s new FL headquarters.

Thousand & One offers a rooftop terrace, open-air conference room, employee fitness center and town hall meeting space. Current tenants include ReliaQuest, Sila Realty Trust, Northern Trust Corporation, Weatherford Capital, Synovus Financial Corporation, RSM, Suffolk Construction and Walker & Dunlop.

Water Street Tampa is Strategic Property Partners, LLC’s first project. It is being developed on 56 acres of contiguous land and represents a $3.5 billion in private investment from Strategic Property Partners, LLC.

Cushman & Wakefield handles leasing efforts for Thousand & One.
