Stotan Planning $70M Wake County Warehouse Venture

Stotan Industrial is scoping out a site in Wake County to build an industrial park. The Triangle Business Journal reports the company acquired 40 acres in Fuquay-Varina for $8.6 million and expects to invest $70 million into the project.

The property, at 200 Dickens Rd, located east of Highway 55 just north of town, is slated to have three buildings totaling 487,000 square feet. The first building will be the largest, at 221,760 square feet. The second will be 150,360 square feet, and the last will be 114,263 square feet. Tenants can lease from 20,000 square feet to more than 200,000 square feet.

The developer has conditional site plan approval from the town. It’s expecting to move dirt later this month, with vertical construction beginning this fall. All three buildings will be delivered in the second quarter of 2026.
