Stotan Industrial Acquires 15 Acres to Develop 221K-SF Industrial Facility

Stotan Industrial has acquired approximately 15 acres at 11231 Katherines Crossing in Woodridge, Illinois, for the development of Stotan Crossings Woodridge, a 221,400-square-foot industrial facility.

Leasing of Stotan Crossings Woodridge will be led by Sean Henrick, Jason West, Ryan Klink and Connor Niego of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago industrial team. Construction of Stotan Crossings Woodridge began in June 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027.

Located within Internationale Business Centre near the I-55 and I-355 interchange, the property will feature a 221,400-square-foot single-load facility with 36-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 41 trailer parking stalls, and 194 parking spaces.

“The location and long-term fundamentals of the site were compelling from the start,” said Blake Waeghe, Development Manager at Stotan Industrial. “We saw an opportunity to create a modern, high-quality asset that responds to market demand while fitting naturally within the surrounding business park and community.”
