Stotan Building $100M Laredo Industrial Park

Stotan Industrial acquired 70 acres in Laredo, Texas, to build three warehouses with a total of 932,600 square feet. This $100+ million development is Stotan’s largest project to date. Stotan has projects ranging from Texas to Florida to Ohio.

Port Laredo Trade Center will feature building sizes ranging from 181,560 to 414,080 square feet, providing scalable solutions for logistics and manufacturing users.

Located less than 9 miles from the World Trade Bridge, the busiest truck crossing point on the US/Mexico border, this development offers proximity to the nation’s largest commercial land port, which handled over $320 billion in trade volume in 2023.

Stotan Industrial was founded in 2021 as a private equity-based industrial real estate acquisition and development firm.
