Storyliving by Disney Signs Restaurant Tenants to Rancho Mirage Mixed-Use

Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community now under construction in Rancho Mirage, has signed restaurants Elevare, locally owned On the Mark Fine Foods & Provisions, Khaga Yoga and the first U.S. location of Canadian-based specialty coffee shop Artigiano as the initial tenants for the town center. Named Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops, the town center is scheduled to open to residents and visitors in fall 2026.

“Our vision for Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops goes beyond a new development – we’re creating a vibrant new destination the entire region can enjoy,” said Claire Bilby, SVP and general manager of Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses.

Located off Monterey Avenue between Gerald Ford and Frank Sinatra drives, Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops will offer both local and national brands and an open-air artisan market. Additional tenant announcements are expected over the next few months. Future plans include a hotel and additional retail space.
