Storage Post Makes the Short Move to 15K SF in One Buckhead Plaza
Storage Post, a real estate company focused on the acquisition, repositioning, re-branding, and management of self-storage assets, has contracted for 15,000 square feet on the 19th floor of One Buckhead Plaza. Its new full-floor space is leased for 13 years.
Dale Lewis with CBRE in represented Storage Post in lease negotiations with Atlanta-based Cousins Properties. The company had previously been headquartered on the 3rd floor of Two Buckhead Plaza.
One Buckhead Plaza stands 20 stories and offers 461,065 square feet of commercial space. Just steps away from the smaller Two Buckhead Plaza and the St. Regis hotel, One Buckhead Plaza offers five upscale restaurants, a conference center with three fully equipped conference rooms, a catering kitchen and fitness center.
Cousins recently redeveloped Buckhead Plaza to include more green space, open lawns, upgraded common areas and outdoor seating areas.
The Buckhead neighborhood is just a few miles north of Downtown Atlanta.
