Storage Post Acquires Newly Built Staten Island Property
Self-storage specialist Storage Post Self Storage has acquired a brand-new ground up self-storage facility on Staten Island, the company said.
Storage Post-North Shore Staten Island, located at 600 Richmond Terr., is a 148,000-square-foot self-storage facility that has been built with the latest innovations in the industry, including virtual customer assistance and state of the art security, Storage Post said.
“We appreciate the efforts of Marc Boorstein, Principal, MJ Partners Real Estate Services, for helping us execute this outstanding new opportunity,” said Jack Giannola, Storage Post Director of Acquisitions, adding that the latest acquisition is Storage Post’s 27th in New York.
Storage Post Self Storage says it expects to add several additional self-storage facilities in the next year through existing property acquisitions, ground-up development and select management contracts.
Storage Post did not reveal the purchase price.
