Allston Yards has unveiled the flagship Stop & Shop and the Alder residential community in Allston, MA. The project, by New England Development, Stop & Shop, Bozzuto, and Southside Investment Partners, includes nearly 900 residences, 117,000 square feet of retail, and 350,000 square feet of office and lab space. 

The 165-unit Alder community is above the new 52,000-square-foot Stop & Shop, designed for Allston’s diverse community with grab-and-go meal options and online pickup. Allston Yards is contributing $4 million to the Allston-Brighton Homeowner Fund and $800,000 to the Community Fund, supporting local programs and infrastructure improvements. The project will ultimately advance $35 million in infrastructure investments to enhance the Allston-Brighton area.
