Stoneweg Spends $91M to Secure Multifamily in Charlotte’s NoDa District

St. Petersburg-FL based Stoneweg U.S. LLC, has acquired Amaze @ NoDa, a recently developed 298-unit complex in Charlotte, NC, for $90.9 million.

“Charlotte remains a key market for us given its consistently strong growth indicators, continuous transformation and innovative progression,” said Ryan Smyth, director of acquisitions for Stoneweg U.S.

Dennis Harris, Austin Haney and Matt Behr of The Kirkland Company brokered the asset on behalf of the seller, Neyland Apartment Associates.

“With current rent levels and the continued improvements coming to the area, Amaze at NoDa is an extremely attractive investment,” said TKC’s Haney.

The property is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and is situated along the Lynx Blue Line railway in NoDa, Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district.

Stoneweg US has a multifamily portfolio valuation of approximately $1.9 billion comprised of approximately 14,000 units
