Stonemark Offers Promotions to Tiffany Crutchley and Sally Thompson
Atlanta, GA-based Stonemark has promoted Tiffany Crutchley — formerly vice president of marketing and business development — to vice president of operations. In her new role, she will direct the firm’s marketing, business development, training, capital projects and daintenance departments.
Crutchley, who has 20 years of multifamily experience, joined Stonemark three years ago. Her marketing skills and use of technology helped lower costs, increase occupancy and build trust with clients. Over time, she gained input into strategic planning, developing new policies and procedures, and contributing to human resources decisions. She also launched the firm’s first Diversity Committee.
The multifamily real estate property management firm has also promoted Sally Thompson to district manager. Thompson, most recently the senior community manager of The 500 Apartments in Atlanta, guided the community through a complex renovation while greatly improving performance. She’ll now oversee The 500 and Sedona Falls Apartments in Marietta.
