Stonelake Capital Partners To Build Spec Georgetown, Texas Industrial Project
The company has broken ground on the Georgetown Logistics Park, on the outskirts of Austin. The 619,740 square-foot will be built before it has secured a tenant.
The project, on 48 acres, will consist of three buildings along the I-35 corridor. A 426,000 square foot cross-dock building will feature 40-foot clear heights and 82 trailer parking stalls. The 123,200 square-foot rear-load building will house 36-clear heights, and a 70,000 square-foot building will have 32-foot clear heights.
Power Brown Architecture is designing the project, and Zapalac Reed is the general contractor. Papa Dawson is the civil engineer. Completion is slated for March 2023.
