StoneBridge Buys DC Rental Community for $66M 

StoneBridge Investments has acquired Connecticut Plaza Apartments, a 236-unit rental apartment community in Washington, D.C.’s Cleveland Park neighborhood, for $66 million.  

The property, built in 1927 and renovated in 2020, includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as LiLLiES Restaurant and Bar. Stonebridge plans further improvements to the common areas, building exteriors, and interior unit upgrades. The property also features rooftop terraces, a fitness center, a business center, covered parking, package lockers, and a community room.
