Stockdale Sells Two Medical Buildings in West LA for $156M
Stockdale Capital Partners has announced the sale of a pair of medical office properties in Southern California: a three-story building at 9090 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, CA and a three-story facility at 2025 Santa Monica Boulevard in Santa Monica, CA. The total square-footage in the $156 million transaction is 107,000 square feet.
“The sale of these two prime West LA properties is part of Stockdale Capital Partners’ continued medical office strategy,” said the firm’s Dan Michaels in a news release. “Being able to execute our value-add initiatives, which included a renovation of both assets, as well as capitalize on the growing demand for medical office product has enabled us to generate a significant return on our investment.”
“It’s incredibly rare for two assets of this caliber to be marketed as a portfolio,” said Chris Bodnar of CBRE, which leased both properties on behalf of Stockdale. “This was truly a once-in-a-generation opportunity.”
