Stockdale Investment Group Acquires Knox Park Village
Stockdale Investment Group, a Dallas-based company that actively pursues acquisition, development and management opportunities in Texas and throughout the country, has acquired the 85,000-square-foot mixed-use retail and office development Knox Park Village in Dallas. The transaction amount was not disclosed.
Located at 3001 Knox St. on the southwest corner of Central Expressway (US-75) and Knox Street, the property is comprised of space for approximately 30 retailers, including current tenants Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate – its largest office tenant, Pei Wei Asian Diner, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm and Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill.
After purchasing Promenade – a collection of retail properties on 4.5 acres of land south of Armstrong Avenue along US-75 and McKinney Avenue – in 2012, Stockdale has now consolidated ownership within the Knox District by acquiring the initial phase of the development, the adjacent 2-acre site to the north, Knox Park Village.Ryan Shore, senior managing director of Jll, represented the seller CIM Group.
