Stockbridge Hires David Park as Managing Director
David Park, most recently Senior Vice President for the National Pension Service of Korea (NPS) New York office, is the new managing director at Stockbridge, according to a news release out of San Francisco.
Park brings 16 years of real estate industry chops. His experience prior to NPS included roles at Lone Star Funds/Hudson and Fannie Mae.
Stockbridge and its affiliates have approximately $24.9 billion of assets under management (as of Q3/2021) spanning all major real estate property types and certain specialty property types throughout the United States.
Recent Stockbridge activity focuses on the southeastern United States, with an agreement to acquire a 12-property grocery-anchored retail portfolio from Branch Properties. Stockbridge’s recent (mostly Florida) acquisition totals 1.25 million square feet, and all 12 properties are located in five growth markets within the Southeast region.
Park received a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
