Stoa Group Moving Ahead on $60M Charlotte Apartment Community

Stoa Group broke ground on The Waters at Robinwood, a 288-unit garden-style multifamily community at 10700 Harrisburg Road in Charlotte.

The total project is estimated to cost around $60 million. It is expected to deliver in fall 2027.

Stoa Group acquired the site made up of seven parcels totaling 25.34 acre for $3.3 million.The Waters at Robinwood is the firm’s first project in Charlotte and its second in the Carolinas.

The firm is working on a 336-unit apartment community in Columbia, South Carolina that broke ground last summer. The firm will break ground this year on three more developments in New Bern, Fayetteville and Greenville, North Carolina.

Stoa Group, founded in 2017, describes itself as an integrated commercial real estate firm. It has developed 24 multifamily communities across Alabama, Florida and Louisiana; and currently has four communities under construction in Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi and South Carolina.
