Stillwater Eyeing New Dallas HQ
Stillwater Capital Investments plans to build a 144,000-square-foot office building at 4145 Travis St., where it will move its headquarters.
The project is set to rise on a nearly 1-acre site off Fitzhugh Avenue, north of Uptown and just a block east of the Katy Trail. The company would need to knock down the structure currently at the address (photo).
The Dallas Business Journal reports the estimated project cost is $30 million. A public filing lists an October start date and indicates work could wrap up in May 2026.
Stillwater Capital is a real estate firm founded in 2010. The company, which currently has its Dallas HQ at 2515 McKinney Ave., lists 23 active projects on its website, including PGA Frisco, a mixed-use development anchored by the PGA of America headquarters; the Reserve, a 200-acre mixed-use project in Mansfield and the 120-acre Haggard Farm development in Plano.
