Stillwater building 215 BTR units at its The Link in Frisco

Stillwater Capital Kicking Off Phase I of Frisco’s The Link with 215 BTR Rentals

Stillwater Capital has big plans for Frisco. The Link will be an ambitious mixed-use project built around a PGA tournament golf course. At full build-out the resort-styled 240-acre destination will include a mix of Class A office, destination retail, luxury residential, dynamic entertainment, boutique hospitality, and sports-focused wellness uses.

And just this week Stillwater, and its homebuilding company, Robert Elliott Custom Homes, announced that they are moving forward on a 215-unit build-to-rent community, the first phase of The Link. It will be near the new PGA Headquarters and the Omni Hotel.

Amenities for the new community include fitness center, resort-style pool, resident lounge with golf simulator, putting green, courtyard with fire pit and oversized private yards.

This is the third BTR project that Stillwater now has under construction, joining Storybook Ranch in McKinney with 245 units and Brentwood at The Reserve in Mansfield with 254 units.
