Steve Gordon Joins Pearlmark as Managing Director
Steve Gordon has joined Pearlmark as a managing director in Pearlmark’s New York City office. He joins Pearlmark with a focus on debt investment originations and capital formation, bringing over 25 years of real estate investment experience.
Gordon joins Pearlmark from Hunt Companies, where he served as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Hunt Capital Management. Before his time at Hunt, Gordon served as managing director at HPS Investment Partners and Sorin Capital, and as partner / portfolio manager at MKP Capital Management. He also served as a managing director at Bear Stearns, where he oversaw non-investment grade CMBS trading.
