Sterling Realty Organization (SRO), a real estate corporation with commercial real estate assets in the Puget Sound and Salt Lake City markets, today announced the addition of experienced real estate executive Casey Gibson as SRO Director of Asset Management.

In the newly-created role, Gibson will work closely with SRO’s Vice President of Asset Management, Ivor Parkes, and the broader executive team to advance portfolio strategy, manage leasing strategy and oversee tenant relations across SRO’s portfolio, with a focus on maximizing value performance of commercial properties and land assets, and optimizing building occupancy and income.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Gibson previously served as Director of Leasing at Martin Selig Real Estate, where he oversaw all leasing activities. Before that, he served as Associate Vice President at Colliers International, where he initially focused on office and flex/industrial leasing before expanding into land, investment, and owner and user sales.
