Sterling Organization Nears Delivery of High-Bay Bronx Warehouse

JLL has begun marketing 307 Bruckner, a newly developed 100,000-square-foot industrial property in the Bronx. Developed by the Sterling Organization and scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026, 307 Bruckner combines a high-bay warehouse with covered fleet parking.

Vice chairman Leslie Lanne, SVPs Jeremy Liebler and James Ferrigno and senior managing director Seth Geldzahler lead the JLL leasing team. “Companies serving New York have become far more sophisticated in how they think about their supply chains,” said Lanne. “Occupiers want facilities that shorten delivery windows, accommodate growing vehicle fleets and improve operating efficiency without sacrificing proximity to their customers. That’s exactly what 307 Bruckner was designed to deliver.”

Located less than a mile from the RFK, Willis Avenue and Third Avenue bridges, with immediate access to both the Bruckner and Major Deegan expressways, 307 Bruckner offers rapid connectivity to a population of more than 16 million across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, northern New Jersey and Westchester.
