Sterling Bay Breaks Ground on Pulaski 55 Logistics Center
Sterling Bay recently held a groundbreaking at Pulaski 55 Logistics Center, its latest industrial project in Chicago.
The development, which is slated for completion in December 2024, will bring 147,500 square feet of modern industrial space to the Archer Heights neighborhood. Colliers is handling leasing for Pulaski 55 Logistics Center.
Strategically situated on a 7.5-acre land parcel with direct interstate frontage on I-55 and offering convenient access to downtown Chicago. Sterling Bay acquired Pulaski 55 Logistics Center in August of 2023 in partnership with Affinius Capital. First National Bank of Omaha provided the construction loan, and Premier Design Build Group is performing construction.
“This project exemplifies Sterling Bay’s nationwide strategy focused on infill development in major population centers,” said Scott Gibbel, Managing Director of Sterling Bay’s industrial division. “We are observing substantial demand from manufacturing and distribution users for modern industrial facilities in high barrier to entry, urban markets.”
