Sterling Bay has signed two new leases with the U.S. Travel Association and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness (CEPI) at 1899 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC. The U.S. Travel Association will occupy the top floor (19,170 square feet.), while CEPI will take a 6,575 square feet suite on the fifth floor. Both will move in 2025, adding to 63,476 square feet of leases from Q1 2024.

The 192,000-square-foot, 11-story building, reimagined by Sterling Bay, MRP Realty, and Declaration Partners, features customizable floorplans, a renovated lobby, a café, rooftop views, a fitness center, and conferencing facilities. The renovation and spec suites are set to be completed by year’s end and target LEED Gold Certification.
