Sterling Bay Achieves Full Retail Occupancy at 123 N. Wacker
Sterling Bay announced that retail at 123 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago’s central business district has reached 100% occupancy.
“Along with ownership, we’ve invested in creating a truly compelling environment that tenants and neighbors are clearly responding to, proving that strategically curating the right mix of office, retail and amenities will draw people to the building and drive long-term value,” said Austin Lusson, Director, Leasing at Sterling Bay.
The property’s retail tenants include ESPRESSO AND MILK, opening its second location in the south retail space this fall, and Just Salad, which will occupy the northwest retail space. First Independence Bank is taking the northeast retail space in addition to office space upstairs in the office tower.
Sterling Bay has served as leasing, property and asset management at 123 N. Wacker since 2024. Beyond retail, Sterling Bay has secured long-term leases for the property’s penthouse with Transwestern and the full 19th floor with CRC Group.
