Stepp Commercial Hires Multifamily Veteran Bustamante as VP

Los Angeles multifamily brokerage Stepp Commercial has welcomed commercial real estate industry veteran Larry Bustamante as Vice President. Bustamante brings over 35 years of experience to the firm that includes property management, acquisitions, dispositions and 1031 exchanges, and he has worked with some of the largest multifamily portfolio owners in Long Beach.

“Larry is a significant addition to Stepp Commercial and a strategic hire to expand our growing market share throughout the Los Angeles region,” said the company’s Robert Stepp. “Larry and I have worked together over the years on a number of transactions, and he has always impressed me with his focus on providing value for clients and building long-term relationships.

“It has been hard not to notice Stepp Commercial as the dominant force in multifamily investments. I have always admired Robert and his team for being absolutely transparent and committed to the client above anything else,” said Bustamante.
