Stephen Gould Leases 10K SF at Lupoli Companies’ Riverwalk

NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston said Wednesday that Stephen Gould, a global provider of custom product solutions and supply chain management services, has signed a lease for 9,893 square feet at 282 Merrimack St. within the Riverwalk Innovation District in Lawrence, MA.

The firm’s Matt Quinlan, Kurtis Gibbs, Alex Berger and Miguel Encarnacion represented Lupoli Companies, owner and property manager of Riverwalk. Cushman & Wakefield represented Stephen Gould, with Petra Flynn, Blake Baldwin, Matt Livingston and Paul Ferraro serving as the tenant’s brokers.

The Stephen Gould lease contributes to significant leasing momentum at Riverwalk throughout 2025. In the past 12 months, more than 60,000 square feet of leases and renewals have been completed across office, retail, medical, and flex space. ”The continued leasing momentum we’re seeing across the district reflects strong demand for thoughtfully repositioned industrial and commercial space,” said Gibbs, director – brokerage at NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston.
