Stephanie Shack Joins Continental Realty Corporation as SVP and General Counsel  

Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has appointed Stephanie Shack as senior vice president and general counsel following the retirement of Nick McCoy, who had headed CRC’s in-house legal division since 2002.  

Shack brings 28 years of legal experience in the commercial real estate industry, including five and a half years as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Enterprise Community Investment. She will lead CRC’s in-house legal team of six professionals, provide legal support and strategic direction to the company and coordinate outside counsel.  

Shack’s previous experience includes senior legal roles at Corporate Office Properties Trust, Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation and DLA Piper. She is a board member and secretary for The Maryland Food Bank, Maryland CASA Association and the Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation, and a member of Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
