Stellar Management to Build and Preserve 300 Affordable Apts in Park Slope

The New York City Council has approved the rezoning of 341 10th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for a mixed-use development. Stellar Management plans to build 162 new apartments and preserve 154 affordable units.

The project includes a 15,000-square-foot green space, supportive housing services for seniors, and preferential leasing for local businesses. Renovations will modernize the existing building, including lobby upgrades, enhanced security, and infrastructure improvements. The development will provide affordable housing for individuals earning an average of $76,000, with 196 units for families earning less than $70,000 annually.

“This challenging site required the coordination of many experts and local stakeholders to develop a creative proposal that preserves and generates deeply affordable housing in Park Slope. Stellar Management is firmly committed to offering affordable housing solutions in New York City,” said Benjamin Rubenstein of Stellar Management.
