Steinbridge Activates $1.3B Impact Strategy With $50M Seed Venture
The Steinbridge Group has partnered with the FrontRange Co-GP Property Fund, an affiliate of FrontRange Capital Partners, in a $50 million joint venture.
This collaboration aims to develop and renovate single-family and small multifamily properties to address housing challenges across the United States, including in cities like Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Richmond, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
Steinbridge is an impact investment firm that seeks to provide high-quality, middle-class attainable homes in urban areas facing rising housing costs and aging housing stock. This venture is expected to catalyze approximately $1.3 billion worth of development and redevelopment.
