SteelSentry Inks Renewal & Expansion at Chandler Creek Business Park

SteelSentry Furniture signed a deal to renew and expand its space to 40,342 square feet at Chandler Creek Business Park in Round Rock, TX. The wholesale manufacturer and distributor of workbench, computer and laboratory furniture will remain at 33 Cypress Blvd. in the far north Austin suburb.

Leigh Ellis with Aquila Commercial represented the tenant. The landlord, Burke Real Estate Group Inc., was represented by Ken Wheeler. Burke Real Estate has owned the 75,022-square-foot business park since 2000.

The flex-space building, which delivered on approximately 7.6 acres in 2001, is part of a 150-acre, master-planned business park, near the intersection of Interstate 35 and University Boulevard.
