Steelhead Surgical Snags HQ Space at Capstone’s Custom Blocks in PDX

Capstone Partners LLC and JV partner, Premium Property-USA, signed a 18,000-square-foot lease with Steelhead Surgical, Inc. at Custom Blocks in Portland’s Central Eastside. The property is a fully renovated 72,000-square-foot Class A creative office project on two city blocks.

The project offers a range of health and safety features to support the wellbeing of its tenants and sets a new standard for workplace design in the post-pandemic world. The buildings are seismically upgraded and have separate, street level entrances for most suites, operable windows, hand washing stations in corridors, “touch free” door access within common areas, outdoor spaces, open air stairwells, and wide corridors.

Capstone Partners’ Lauren Jones says, “We are thrilled to have Steelhead Surgical at Custom Blocks. As a leader in its field, Steelhead brings an innovative spirit to Custom Blocks that complements the other creative office tenants in the buildings.”

Lisa Fisher of Lisa Fisher LLC represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Carnese, Brad Carnese, and Doug Deurwaarder handle Custom Blocks leasing.
