Steadfast Financial Signs Five-Year Renewal at 450 Park Ave.

SL Green Realty Corp. said Wednesday it had secured a five-year, 21,640 square foot renewal with Steadfast Financial LP covering the entire 20th and 21st floors of 450 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. Steadfast provides investment advisory services and manages private investment funds.

“We are pleased to extend our valued relationship with Steadfast Financial at 450 Park Ave.,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “Park Avenue remains the single best office submarket in the United States.”

Steadfast Financial LP was represented in the transaction by Ben Friedland and Taylor Scheinman of CBRE. According to SL Green, 450 Park Ave. recently completed a new lobby and spa-like wellness center featuring state-of-the-art fitness area, gold simulator, F-1 racing simulators and hotel-style locker rooms. SL Green’s broader Park Avenue portfolio includes Park Avenue Tower, One Vanderbilt Avenue, 125 Park Ave., 245 Park Ave., 280 Park Ave. and 500 Park Ave.
