StateStreet Group Breaks Ground on 362K-SF Industrial Park in Nashville

StateStreet Group has broken ground on Hamilton Creek Commerce Park, a four-building, 362,050-square-foot industrial park in Nashville.

Located at 2737 Couchville Pike, Hamilton Creek Commerce Park is zoned for industrial warehousing and distribution. The project is nearby Nashville International Airport and is approximately a 15-minute drive from downtown Nashville. Buildings will range in size from 55,800 to 160,000 square feet, with clear heights from 28 feet to 32 feet. Completion is slated for summer 2020.

“Hamilton Creek will set a new standard for high quality in-fill distribution buildings in the Nashville market,” said John Ditto, president at StateStreet Group. “This development is ideally located with close proximity to the airport and downtown Nashville, and with excellent access to a high-quality workforce.”

David McGahren and Doug Howard of Cushman & Wakefield are overseeing leasing at the master-planned project.

Connect Industrial is coming up on November 19th in Houston. You can get more details and register to attend on this link.
