Staten Island Pep Boys Sells for $7M 

A net-leased property in Staten Island, known as Pep Boys, has been sold for $6.6 million. The 17,734-square-foot property had a short-term remaining lease. 

Located at 1941 Forest Ave, the site is zoned C8-1, allowing for all automotive-related uses with 29,239 square feet of additional buildable area.  

Scott Plasky at Marcus & Millichap handled the listing and represented both the seller and the buyer.
