State-of-the-Art 45K SF Auto Spa Opens in Indiana
Drip Auto Spa has completed the development and construction of a new, state-of-the-art auto spa at 8955 Indianapolis Boulevard in Highland, Indiana. The completion of the more than 45,000-square-foot re-development is the result of nearly three years of planning, zoning approvals, design and construction.F & E Ventures LLC acquired the approximately one-acre site, which was previously a nightclub, and the new facility was built in its place.
Bill Loy and Jeff Bennett of McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage brokered the transaction, with Loy representing F & E Ventures in the acquisition of the land. Bennett represented the seller, Goulas Inc. In addition to Loy, the team included architect Les Dreischerf of Design Alliance and engineer Don Torrenga of Torrenga Engineering.
The auto spa includes the latest technology to wash cars and light-duty trucks. The property provides powerful, free vacuums for patrons, multi-lane automated vehicle entry and easy payment systems.
