State & Liberty Comes to Fifth Avenue for Second Manhattan Storefront
Cushman & Wakefield and Atlantic Retail arranged a 2,200-square-foot lease for State & Liberty’s second storefront in New York City at 176 Fifth Ave. The tenant, an American menswear brand, will occupy the ground floor.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Moran and Patrick O’Rourke represented the landlord, 174 Fifth Avenue LLC. Atlantic Retail’s Evan Clements and Austin Knief represented State & Liberty.
“We are thrilled to welcome State & Liberty to 176 Fifth Ave.,” said Moran. “The company will benefit from this prime retail location across from the iconic Flatiron building with unprecedented exposure to Flatiron, Union Square and Madison Square Park residents, office workers and tourists.”
176 Fifth Ave. is a 25,800-square-foot office building. The property features 22 feet of store frontage and 15-foot ceiling heights. It’s within walking distance to the N, R, F, 4 and 6 subway lines as well as the PATH train to New Jersey.
